We include city assessment history, permits, year built, square footage, and neighbourhood trends. And yes, we display it all, in one view, for each property for free.
For each residential property, we have an HonestDoor price. It’s our estimate of the value of a property based on advanced statistical and machine learning methods. Our proprietary formula takes into account many different factors and is a starting point in determining a home’s value. It’s not an official appraisal.
Did you just redo your floors? Renovate your kitchen? Finally get rid of that old tub and replace it with one that’s more relaxing? Let us know! For each residential property, our users can submit information to us so that we can more accurately portray the nuances of your property. Don’t spare us the details - we love those, and that’s what makes your property unique!
HonestDoor also has exclusive property listings. We allow anyone to list their property on our website for free, and many of the listed properties you’ll find are exclusive. That means that you aren’t seeing them come up in your search on other real estate websites or anywhere else online because the owners want to sell it without using a real estate agent. We get that. So we created a space to do it.
