    Ending the year, here are the most expensive listings in each major market in Canada (in descending order of price). Canadian opulence at its finest. 

    Vancouver, British Columbia - The most expensive residential listing on the market is 3330 Radcliffe Avenue, West Vancouver. It is listed for $58,800,000 and hit the market in September 2024. It has over 200 ft of natural shoreline, which means it has incredible outdoor living space in addition to the 10,000+ square feet of indoor living space.

    Toronto, Ontario - The most expensive residential listing on the market is 15 High Point Rd, Toronto, located in the wealthy Bridle Path neighbourhood. It is listed for $49,950,000 and hit the market on August 15, 2025. This palace features a concert hall and has a set of chandeliers that once belonged to Eva Peron, the former First Lady of Argentina.

    Whistler, British Columbia - The most expensive residential listing on the market is 5476 Stonebridge Place. It is listed at $21,750,000 and hit the market in August 2024. The panoramic views span the entire mountain range, including Whistler & Blackcomb mountains.

    Hamilton, Ontario - The most expensive residential listing on the market is 1272 Fiddlers Green Road, Ancaster. It is listed for $19,999,777 and hit the market in February 2025. It is a whopping 26,000 square foot mansion. The garage includes a private gas pump. Outdoors, there is a 14-person hot tub, heated pool, regulation-sized sports court and a full children’s playground.

    Kelowna - The most expensive residential listing on the market is 4358 HOBSON ROAD. It is listed at $17,880,000 and hit the market in August 2025. There are open water views from nearly every room. Sitting on 1.76 acres, it has growth potential for additional residences or even a 20+ vehicle collector’s gallery.

    Calgary, Alberta - The most expensive residential listing on the market is 732 Crescent Road NW, Calgary. Listed for $13,500,000, it originally hit the market on August 24, 2025. It hit the market in October 2025.
