Furthermore, we include: assessment history, HonestDoor price, permits, year built, square footage, historical sold prices and market/neighborhood trends.
Yes, however in some cases it may not be as readily available as on our site, as we also have sold prices from private transactions. I.E. if you bought your mother’s home we may have the sold price. We have the same information for commercial properties as well.
