We have sold prices that are unique to our site. We have past sold prices that did not go through a real estate agent. I.E. if you privately sold your home we would have that information. We have sold prices on commercial properties, homes, condos and empty land. Furthermore, we include: assessment history, HonestDoor price, permits, year built, square footage, historical sold prices and market/neighborhood trends.
No. We have sold prices that occur even if you didn’t work with a realtor. I.E. if you bought your mother’s home we would have the sold price. We have data on commercial properties that realtors do not have.
Yes, we have been called that. We have permit history so if there was a flood, fire, cracked foundation or grow-op we would have that data so just check the permit tab!

Now go tidy and fluff your pillows :) If you’re uncomfortable showing your home by yourself it’s a good idea to have a friend/family/neighbour present and schedule showings during the day.
If you have never completed a purchase agreement it's best to have your lawyer review it before signing. Since every transaction requires the use of a lawyer you may as well use one at this stage.
